Bot Defense pricing questions
- What counts as an inspected request?
- Every request we evaluate for bot signals on your domains counts, including ones we challenge or block. Requests served a challenge also count toward your challenge allowance.
- Are these CAPTCHAs?
- No. Challenges are self-hosted JavaScript proof-of-work that run in the browser. There are no image puzzles, no third-party CAPTCHA, and no device fingerprinting.
- Will you block legitimate crawlers like Googlebot?
- No. Known good crawlers are verified by reverse-DNS plus forward-confirm before they are allowed through, so spoofed user-agents do not get a free pass.
- What happens if I exceed my limits?
- You can upgrade a tier or add request or challenge bundles. We alert you before you reach a limit and never silently drop protection.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available, and Enterprise plans are tailored to your traffic, bot models, and SLA.
