Solution
Protection for SaaS platforms and their custom domains
Run shared infrastructure while keeping every customer's configuration, and the effect of any change, strictly isolated. ArxLayer protects each tenant before traffic reaches your origin, from one API-first control plane.
The SaaS problem
Custom domains are a growth lever and an attack surface
Every tenant that onboards a hostname adds another path to your origin. Protection has to scale per tenant, isolate one customer from another, and be driven by API.
More tenants, more surface
Every customer custom domain is another path to your origin.
Strict tenant isolation
A noisy or compromised tenant must never degrade protection for anyone else.
Console clicks don't scale
Onboarding domains by hand breaks down, provisioning must be programmable.
How ArxLayer helps
Per-tenant protection with a bounded blast radius
ArxLayer is tenant-aware end to end, so you can protect a long tail of customer domains as code.
Tenant-scoped everything
Domains, origins, and policies are tenant-scoped API resources.
Per-tenant versions
Tune, review, and roll back each tenant's policy independently.
No keys in enforcement
Onboard customer hostnames without the enforcement layer ever holding a private key.
Programmatic onboarding
Create a tenant domain, bind its origin, and attach policy through the API.
How it works
Onboard tenants as code
Protection becomes part of your onboarding pipeline, not a manual step that gates every new customer.
Bring the hostname
A tenant points their hostname at ArxLayer Edge, a tenant-scoped resource ready for policy.
Attach policy
Apply a managed or custom policy per tenant via the API.
Watch & tune
Review per-tenant detections and tune from detect to block safely.
FAQ
Questions, answered
- How are tenants isolated?
- Tenant isolation is an access-control invariant enforced at the data layer: one tenant cannot read or alter another tenant's configuration, and a change to one tenant stays scoped to that tenant.
- Do you hold our customers' private keys?
- No. The enforcement layer holds no private keys; certificate lifecycle and key custody live behind separate boundaries.
