Solution
Security for every API you expose
ArxLayer protects public, partner, and internal APIs at the edge, before requests reach your services. Inspect payloads with OWASP CRS, enforce schema and tokens, identify machine callers, and shut down abuse, all from one control plane.
The problem
APIs are the surface attackers reach for first
Every endpoint you publish is a documented contract, and that makes it an easy target for scraping, credential abuse, and malformed input.
Malformed and malicious payloads
Stolen and replayed tokens
Automated abuse at scale
What you get
Layered enforcement for the whole API surface
ArxLayer brings API Protection, Rate Limiting, Token Protection, and Bot Defense together at the edge, governed by one versioned, reversible policy.
OWASP CRS at the edge
Schema-aware protection
Token enforcement
Machine-to-machine identity
Rate and quota limits
Bot and abuse defense
How it works
Protect your APIs in three steps
Route your API traffic through ArxLayer, tune safely on live calls, then enforce.
Route API traffic
Tune in simulate mode
Enforce and adjust
FAQ
Questions, answered
- Does ArxLayer work for internal and partner APIs too?
- Yes. Public, partner, and internal APIs all route through the same edge enforcement and the same control plane, with multi-tenant isolation.
- Can it identify service and agent callers, not just users?
- Yes. ArxLayer provides machine-to-machine identity and request-level enforcement for service and agent endpoints. It does not reason about model intent or detect prompt injection.
- How does ArxLayer stop API abuse without blocking real clients?
- Rate and quota limits, token validation, and proof-of-work challenges target automated abuse. You tune them in simulate mode first, so legitimate callers keep working.
