- Each endpoint, host, or protection-health check you watch is one active monitor, whether it reports up or down.
- What does check frequency mean?
- It is how often each monitor runs its check. Faster intervals detect issues sooner and are available on higher tiers.
- What happens if I need more monitors?
- You can upgrade a tier or add monitor bundles. We alert you before you reach your limit and never silently stop checking.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available, and Enterprise plans are tailored to your fleet size, retention, and SLA needs.
