- What counts as a user?
- Any identity that authenticates through ArxLayer to reach a protected app, API, or agent endpoint in a billing month counts as an active user.
- What counts as a device?
- Each distinct device a user enrolls for access counts once. The same user on two devices uses two device slots.
- What happens if I exceed my user or device limit?
- You can upgrade a tier or add seat and device bundles. We alert you before you reach a limit and never silently block legitimate access.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available, and Enterprise plans are tailored to your IAM, SSO, compliance, and audit needs.
